Supported by a durable frame made from heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel and finished with commercial-grade 5mm LED mini lights with a beautiful, warm glow.

Our trees are designed to capture the natural beauty of a real evergreen tree. Individual lifelike branches fluff outward to create beautiful depth and dimension, while two shades of green add realistic color. The full foliage also allows lights and ornaments to nestle naturally within the branches for a rich, layered look.

Engineered with easier installation and storage in mind, each tree is built from compact 2-foot steel ring sections with individual interchangeable branches, so that all components fit through a standard double door. The tree can be assembled by a qualified installation team using hand tools with the frame creates it's own rigging.

Our commercial-grade indoor and outdoor ornaments are pre-stemmed, UV resistant, and shatterproof for easier decorating and dependable seasonal use. Both! The trees are built specifically for commercial holiday displays. Their components are UV protected, flame retardant, and UL Listed. The frame is made from heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel for strength and durability.
For inside installation, the 2-foot ring sections are designed to fit through a standard double door and can also be transported in an elevator. This makes it easier to move the tree into shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, event venues, and other commercial spaces.
The tree can be assembled using hand tools, and its frame forms climbable scaffolding during installation. A lift is not required, although it can be helpful when installing trees taller than 30 feet. Installation requirements should always be evaluated for the specific tree and site.

Yes. The concentric steel frame sections nest together to reduce the amount of storage space required. The modular frame and interchangeable branches also make the tree easier to disassemble, organize, and reinstall the following season.
Downtown Decorations, Inc. stands behind the quality of its products. We warrant to the original buyer that all decorations will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) Christmas seasons from the original shipment date, when used and serviced under normal conditions.
Our standard trees have an approximate height-to-base-diameter ratio of 2:1 once the branches are installed.
A simple rule of thumb is that your tree will need a level area about half as wide as the tree is tall. For example, a 30-foot tree will have a base diameter of approximately 15 feet once the branches are installed.

Tree costs vary depending on the height and the finishing touches you choose, such as ornaments and lighted tree toppers. With many customization options available, we can create a tree that fits your vision and budget. As a helpful starting point, our pre-lit Giant Adirondack Pine trees generally fall within the following price ranges:
14–20 feet: $8,000–$19,500
22–32 feet: $23,900–$85,000
32–40 feet: $60,000–$150,000
- Above 40 feet: starting at $100,000
